At Twelfth Commune, we are committed to delivering premium-quality products and a seamless shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return, exchange, and refund policy below.
Returns & Exchanges
We offer a 7-day return and exchange window from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must:
- Be unused, unworn, and unwashed.
- Have all original tags, neck labels, and packaging intact.
- Be in the same condition as received.
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase or order confirmation.
Returns or exchanges requested after 7 days of delivery may not be accepted.

Once approved, our team will provide further instructions regarding the return process. Products sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Size Exchanges
We understand that finding the right fit is important.
Customers may request a size exchange within 7 days of delivery, subject to stock availability.
The product must be unused, unwashed, and returned with all original tags and packaging intact.
To ensure the best fit, we strongly recommend referring to the size chart available on each product page before placing an order.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If you receive:
- A damaged product
- A defective product
- An incorrect product
You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery by emailing twelfthcommune@gmail.com along with clear photographs and your order details.
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund at no additional cost.
Claims submitted after 24 hours of delivery may not be eligible for resolution.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Products that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.
- Products returned without original tags, neck labels, or packaging.
- Products showing signs of use, stains, perfumes, deodorants, or washing.
- Gift cards, if applicable.
- Clearance, final sale, or promotional items unless received damaged or defective.
- Minor colour, texture, or finish variations caused by lighting conditions, photography, or screen settings.
Refunds
Once the returned product is received and successfully inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days.
Please note that banks, UPI providers, card issuers, and payment gateways may require additional processing time before the refunded amount reflects in your account.

Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before they are dispatched from our fulfillment facility.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will be subject to the return and exchange policy outlined above.
