SHIPPING & DELIVERY

How long will it take to get my order? Because every piece of Twelfth Commune gear is exclusively printed and made-to-order just for you, we require 1 to 3 business days for production and quality checks. Once dispatched, transit within India takes 3 to 5 business days. You can expect your order at your door within 5 to 9 business days total.

Where do you ship from? All of our premium apparel is printed, packed, and shipped directly from our fulfillment partner's facilities here in India.

Will I receive a tracking number? Absolutely. As soon as your gear clears our quality check and ships out, you will receive an email with your tracking link. Please note it can take up to 24 hours for the courier's tracking portal to update.

SIZING & FIT

How do your t-shirts fit? Our everyday essentials are engineered with an authentic oversized streetwear silhouette. This means they feature dropped shoulders, a relaxed chest, and an extended drape.

  • If you want that true, flowy streetwear look: Order your normal size.

  • If you prefer a more standard, fitted look: Size down. Check the Size & Fit guide on any product page for exact measurements.

PRODUCT & CARE

What is the fabric quality like? We do not compromise on quality. Our core summer essentials are crafted from 100% premium heavyweight cotton. It provides a thick, structured drape that holds its shape all day while remaining highly breathable and comfortable for the Indian climate.

How should I wash my Twelfth Commune apparel? To protect the rich fabric and keep the gear looking flawless, always machine wash cold with a mild detergent, and turn the garment inside-out before washing. Tumble dry on low. If you need to iron it, iron inside-out and never apply direct heat to the printed areas.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Can I exchange my shirt for a different size? Because we operate on a zero-waste, made-to-order model, every item is created specifically for you upon purchase. Therefore, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues or buyer's remorse. Please double-check our size charts before securing your order!

What if my item arrives damaged or defective? We stand by our quality. If you receive a misprinted, damaged, or defective item, email us at twelfthcommune@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will immediately process a free replacement or refund.
